The Employee’s Provident Fund Organization(EPFO) has issued a circular dated february 14th 2020 setting out guidelines for initiation under section 7A of the EPF Act.
As per the circular no enquiry shall be initiated for any purpose unrelevant to the statutory mandate of section 7A i.e determination of dues or disputes of applicability.
